All computers/laptops and tablets are password protected. We will hold information about you and your child/ren only for as long as the law says. After this, we will dispose of it safely and securely. We will only collect information that is necessary. We will be fair in our approach in collecting information regarding you, as we realise that some information are sensitive. Where possible, we will collect information directly from you. If we collect information about you from a third party i.e. the local authority, we will make sure you are aware of the data obtained, where possible and legal.
